It was just a welcome change from an ordinary motel. The room was spacious. So clean and well kept, the property as well. We got trash and towels service, as that was Our request and we got great service even with that simple request. The only Con, "If" can even find one, is that the room coffee is a small machine by the cup. We are coffee drinkers and I asked if we could bring our own coffeemaker and they said no problem. I did not go to breakfast... my friends did, and asked me, if I wanted anything and I told them, "sausage, if they have any" and it was soooo good. My travel friends said breakfast was great! Only a person that could "Nitpick" could complain or find anything wrong with this nice property. I have been going to PF for years and this is the best place I have ever stayed. And I will go back. It so easy to get to where you want to go. Thank you Plaza Inn and Staff for a great stay!

We loved having the suite! The fireplace and outside balcony was a nice touch! We enjoyed being on the first floor next to the lovely heated indoor pool. The room was huge with a couch, fireplace, balcony, and tub! It was a nice place to relax after a long day at Dollywood! The breakfast was really good and well appointed. The staff went out of their way to help my husband find and watch the LSU Baseball national championship game! Bonus--LSU won and husband was happy! We ordered in--Texas Rodehouse is directly across the street from the Hotel. Bed was comfortable! We are going to stay here every time we are in Pigeon Forge! Thanks for the good experience!

The rooms were spacious. Everything was pretty clean. The staff was very friendly. Was a good value. The only complaint would be the indoor pool. It smelled like chemicals really bad. I don’t believe it was the fault of the hotel but all the kids peeing in the pool. Don’t recommend the indoor pool. The outdoor pools were clean and my girls enjoyed them tremendously. My family enjoyed the breakfast a lot. Staff there was very kind. Please tip them people! I would definitely recommend for a family friendly budget friendly option. We had the walk in shower which was really nice. They are on the 3rd floor.

Everything! It was better than Country Cascades Resort!!!! It was clean, comfortable and most staff went above and beyond. I loved the vinyl floors, that was a huge plus. The bed was so comfortable I was able to sleep my whole trip that one night that we stayed there. The breakfast area was a clean and sanitized area. I loved the glove protocol they have in place. They had many options to choose from and the flow seemed nice.

The breakfast was good for a hotel breakfast- wasn't awesome but not bad. The room was clean and bed comfortable. The room was spacious. The location was close to all main attractions and only 10 min from Gatlinburg. Could walk to dixie stampede. Over all a nice stay and I would recommend.
